It is our great pleasure to invite you to the ESPO 2027 in Prague, a city embodying the theme „Prague as a Unifying European City“, bridging East and West, history and modernity. Czech pediatric otorhinolaryngology, with roots dating back to the post-World War II era, flourished in later decades through pioneering advances in endoscopy and otosurgery. Today, as a specialized field with its own distinct certification, it thrives in two leading centres Prague and Brno, and proudly contributes to the European Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ESPO). This organization has grown with significant Czech involvement from a European Working Group of Pediatric Otolaryngologists into a distinguished society. Prague, a symbol of European unity, provides an inspiring backdrop for sharing innovations and fostering collaboration. We look forward to insightful lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities, that will advance care for young patients and create lasting memories.
